A visit, step by step
- Pick the store. Stores sort by distance, with the address and expected visit time.
- Check the history. Past visits show out-of-stocks and voids by section.
- Do the pre-audit tasks. Tasks can require a photo, a number or a written answer.
- Audit the shelf. Scan, enter the shelf and sale price, and mark the product in stock, out of stock or void. Add your own checks per product, such as shelf tag present.
- Work the to-do list. After-audit tasks, time-boxed ad notices and store manager surveys appear by department.
- Write notes. Internal notes stay with your team. Store notes go to the manager.
- Print and finish. The summary prints on a Bluetooth Zebra printer, and the visit uploads.
