# AuditPro > AuditPro is shelf intelligence software for food brokers. Reps use a scan-first iOS app to audit stores (prices, out-of-stocks, voids, photos, tasks and notes), and the office gets a live web dashboard and monthly reports to send to principals and chain buyers. AuditPro is family-owned and has served food brokers since 2007. AuditPro is built for food brokerages whose field reps call on grocery and retail stores for the brands (principals) they represent. It replaces paper and spreadsheet store audits with one workflow: the rep captures a visit once in the aisle, and that visit feeds every dashboard screen and report in the office. No re-keying, and no spreadsheets passed around by email. Who uses it: - Food brokers and their field merchandising and sales reps - Broker office staff and managers who track coverage and team activity - The brokers' principals (brands) and chain buyers, who receive the reports ## By the numbers From AuditPro store visit data, 2018 to 2026: - More than 120,000 store visits and 6.5 million product checks across more than 4,000 stores - At a typical visit, 26% of tracked products are not on the shelf - Each visit flags about 17 issues on average: 6 out-of-stocks and 11 voids - Out-of-stocks: 56% are back on the shelf within 45 days and 75% within 90 days - New voids: 34% are fixed within 45 days, 50% within 90 days and 63% within 180 days; voids that have been there a while are still void at the next visit 80% of the time - The median visit takes about 26 minutes, with a median of 45 to 52 products checked ## How it works 1. Set up each chain: load stores, departments, products and reorder codes, and attach the tasks, ad notices and surveys to cover on every visit. 2. Visit the store: the rep picks a nearby store, scans the set, records prices, marks out-of-stocks and voids, takes photos, completes tasks, and prints a summary for the store manager. 3. Report to principals: visits appear in the dashboard as they upload, and coverage, stock health and void exceptions roll up by chain, store and brand. ## iOS field app - Scan-first store audits with a paired Bluetooth barcode scanner; each scan opens the product - Capture retail and sale prices; mark out-of-stocks and voids in one tap; progress by department - Custom yes/no checks per product, such as "shelf tag present" or "promo signage up" - Before- and after-audit tasks, time-boxed ad notices and store manager surveys by chain department; tasks can require a photo, a number or a written answer - Photos tagged to the visit, task or product, with notes and location - Internal notes for the team and store notes for the manager - Prints store notes, out-of-stocks and voids on a Bluetooth Zebra printer before the rep leaves - Runs on iPhone and iPad (iOS 18.1 or later), installed from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/auditpro/id1386745567 - Nearby stores sorted by distance; past visit history by section before walking in - GPS-stamped start and finish on every visit - Works offline: everything is saved on the device, and finished visits upload in the background and keep retrying ## Web dashboard - Live map of reps' latest check-ins and a feed of visits started, finished and uploaded - Searchable visit list filtered by chain, store, rep and date, with duration, first and last scan, and time to close - Visit detail with every scan's status, price and shelf-tag result, plus tasks, notices, notes and photos - Photo library filtered by type and sorted by store or manufacturer; download as a zip, a PowerPoint deck, or a branded PDF photo document - Every table exports to Excel, with UPCs kept intact ## Reports - Monthly brand and chain packets (PDF): stores observed, in-stock, out-of-stock and void rates, performance by chain or state, product-level pricing, and void exceptions - Out-of-stock report with reorder codes, for the reorder call - Chain report: store coverage by state, stock health, and a product grid across every store in the chain - Visit times: average visit length, scan time and time to close, by rep or chain - Field notes: every internal and store manager note in one searchable list - Also: chain overview, store report with product snapshots and visit evidence, and a void follow-up queue ## Setup - Departments and stores with expected visit times, addresses and store managers - Products and reorder codes per chain, assigned to departments - Tasks, ad notices and surveys attached by department, in bulk - Custom product checks such as shelf tags, facings or promo signage - Team accounts with email invites and self-service password resets ## Getting started AuditPro is priced per active rep per month. A rep counts as active in a calendar month when they publish visits to 3 or more stores, so brokers pay only for reps working in the field. Setup is self-service in the web app, and AuditPro can also do bulk uploads, train your team and migrate existing data.
